With a career rooted in Lean Consulting and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Dusan combines “boots-on-the-ground” production experience with visionary strategy. An MIT-certified expert in Smart Manufacturing, he previously served as Production Manager, where he led MFT Brno to a 30% efficiency gain through a relentless focus on quality and cultural change.
