Agata Choma is Operations Director at Woodlands Home & Garden Group, manufacturer of the award-winning Tiger Sheds brand, where she leads operational strategy across a growing multi-site business spanning operations, logistics, supply chain, quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
Before joining Woodlands, Agata built her career in the automotive industry, developing expertise in Lean manufacturing, operational excellence and business transformation.
Since joining Woodlands, she has led the launch of a new production facility, opened a new distribution hub in Scotland, supported the integration of acquisitions and expanded operational capacity to support the company’s rapid growth over the past five years.
Passionate about developing people as well as processes, Agata believes sustainable business performance is built through strong leadership, clear standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
In 2026 Agata was named Northern England Business Woman of the Year in recognition of her contribution to operational leadership and business transformation.
