Chuck Fornicola is the Director of Global Product and Process Excellence for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he leads the Quality function Digital Transformation efforts working out of corporate HQ in Akron, OH. He has 32 years of experience in manufacturing, with the last 29 being at Goodyear. He currently has global responsibility but previously worked in 4 plants on 2 continents encompassing all of Goodyear’s product lines while beginning his career as plant process engineer.
