Dr Graham Herries is Vice President IT – Europe & Africa at Lear Corporation, a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-systems. He is accountable for a team of ~350 IT professionals supporting 90+ manufacturing and engineering sites in the region.
He is an Engineering and Technology Executive with over 30 years of experience driving business transformation and delivering cutting edge high technology solutions across automotive, defence, aerospace, security and built environment. Graham is also an Institution of Engineering and Technology Trustee – Vice President. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow and is a Visiting Professor.
He previously created and led a project funded by the EU H2020 Factory of the Future framework, delivering innovation through the development of Industry 4.0 technologies for manufacturing and supply chain optimisation, utilising IoT, AI and Digital Twin technologies. Using this expertise he drives operational transformation.
