I am the Associate Vice President of Global CI & OPEX at dormakaba. With a sharp focus on our strategic vision, I oversee the implementation of ONE dMS across all sites globally, driving process standardization, deep cultural transformation, and significant reductions in manufacturing variation costs. Backed by a degree in Information Technology, a dual MBA, and a Master’s in Finance, I leverage my expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Shainin Red X Journeyman to eradicate systematic operational vulnerabilities, design multi-site global maturity baselines, and organize complex cross-functional teams spanning America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific networks, ultimately translating shop-floor performance into enhanced business profit margins.
