James Gardner is the Global Director of Enterprise Solutions Consulting at Poka, an IFS Company and the #1 Enterprise Connected Worker Platform built for manufacturing. Before moving into software, James spent nearly a decade as a controls engineer and engineering manager on the plant floor — including roles at Autoliv and Reckitt — building the automation systems that kept production running. That firsthand manufacturing experience now shapes how he leads Poka’s global Solution Consulting team, helping manufacturers turn frontline pain into measurable business value.
