Joanna Perz is a Polish native with over 20 years of experience in wholesale and manufacturing across the United States. In her current role as Global Director of ESG and Supplier Sustainability at Ingersoll Rand, she leads environmental, social, and governance initiatives, including progress toward environmental and safety goals, managing ESG rating agencies, publishing the company’s annual sustainability reports, and advancing supplier sustainability commitments and engagement. Since joining the company in 2014, Joanna has held multiple leadership roles across Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and Market Intelligence.
Joanna also chairs the internal Career Development and External Recruitment Committee, where she supports leadership development programs and fosters strategic partnerships with organizations such as the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Association, where she serves as a Board Member. As co-chair of the WiM North Carolina chapter, she remains deeply involved in the local community by coordinating career-focused events, plant tours, and community service initiatives.
Outside of work, Joanna is an enthusiast of hot Pilates and yoga and is an accomplished Spartan racer. A former wedding photographer, she now enjoys lifestyle and children’s theater photography, often volunteering her time. Joanna lives in North Carolina with her husband of 26 years, their two teenage daughters, two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Belgian Malinois), and their moody cat.
