Kai Busch serves as the Director of IIoT Technology Execution at Stanley Black and Decker, a leading tools manufacturer. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, she is highly accomplished and respected for her ability to lead diverse teams and develop both emerging technologies and established products. Kai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Stuttgart Academy of Economics. She began her career as a software engineer, working for various companies in Germany before relocating to the United States in 2008. In early 2016, Kai earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut. Later that year, she was honored as the Woman of Excellence in the Metal Forming Industry for her leadership skills and her role as an inspiring model for young women in the industry.
