As an Advanced Quality Engineer for New Product Development at Trane Technologies, she leads and executes quality planning for new product launches, ensuring the company’s next‑generation climate solutions are delivered with operational excellence and digital readiness.
With more than 18 years of end‑to‑end manufacturing experience—ranging from the assembly line to plant relocations and quality engineering—she brings a deep understanding of how digital systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), strengthen quality, traceability, and overall operational excellence.
She is also an active champion for women in manufacturing, serving as Vice Chair of the South Carolina Women in Manufacturing chapter.
Her industry contributions have been recognized with the Empowering Women in Industry Award, the International Women’s Award for Economic Development, the Manufacturing Maven Award, and multiple Trane Technologies President’s Awards.
She remains committed to community impact, STEM education, and empowering emerging leaders in manufacturing.
