Scott Dixon has spent nearly four decades at the intersection of manufacturing operations and industrial technology — starting on the plant floor and working his way to the boardroom. That journey shapes everything about how he approaches AI and digital transformation: operationally honest, practically grounded, and focused on outcomes that actually stick.
Scott began his career in Pulp & Paper, leading process improvements and implementing MOM and SAP systems across complex manufacturing environments. Over the past two decades, he has advised manufacturers globally on applying technology to create sustainable value — most recently as Digital Manufacturing Practice Leader at EY.
Today, through Scott Dixon Advisory Group, he helps manufacturers cut through the noise and build transformation strategies that work in the real world.
Scott holds a Master’s in Communication from Ohio University and has Doctoral Studies in Leadership & Organizational Change from Walden University.
