Zachary Woods is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ashore Manufacturing Group, a tool and die and precision machining company in Berlin Center, Ohio, where he leads corporate development and oversees all finance and operational functions. A Canfield, Ohio native and Ursuline High School alum, he returned home in May 2025 to acquire Concept-4 and build a modern manufacturing company positioned for the next generation of industrial demand. Previously, he spent nearly seven years in private equity in New York City, investing across the infrastructure and industrials sectors at StepStone Group, Ares Management, and Tikehau Star Infrastructure Partners. He holds a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University with minors in business and law.
